- Emily Ocean Added December 25, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought my child's antibiotic prescription at Soul Patterson and on the way to the car, my son opened the lid and all the antibiotic liquid fell out onto the ground. My son is nearly two-years-old. Obviously Soul Patterson did not put the lid and close it tight enough if a toddler was able to open it with such ease.
When returning straight away to Soul Patterson I was informed I would need to return to the doctor, get another prescription and pay once again for the medicine, despite the pharmicist not closing the lid correctly!
I will NEVER buy my prescription from Soul Patterson ever again. They certainly are NOT aware of customer relations! Shame on them!
