  Have used McKinnon Heating and Cooling for many years now and they have always been great but this week was exceptional! We had them out on Monday to look at our old 30 year old Brivis gas ducted heater which had finally died. We were recommended a replacement and I called them Tuesday morning to confirm we wanted to go ahead and book in an installation. They called me back shortly after to say the manager was doing installations that day and would fit us in and even accomodated a later time as I could not leave work early at short notice. We were toasty warm with our new heater last night and greatly appreciate the speedy and exceptional service we received.

  This is a great company to deal with. From initial quotes being fair and timely. Our unit was installed on Monday in an Art Deco apartment in St.Kilda. In my view the installation was difficult but the installer Sam was an unbelievable professional. He took his time and his workmanship and customer service skills impeccable. Can’t recommend highly enough.

  Our 28 year old Rinnai space heater finally died; we looked at various options and got Rob to come out and give us a quote on the Thursday. By the following Tuesday our new Mitsubishi split system was installed and running. The crew of three was prompt professional and very efficient. They removed the old unit, installed the new one with very little fuss and were in and out in four hours flat. Highly recommend this local business.

  The professionalism and service from McKinnon Heating and Cooling was exemplary. Rob who initially visited us was very helpful and knowledgeable - great advice on location and the quote was very competitive.
  
  The installation team (2 chaps) were lovely, polite and installed the units seamlessly, were very competent and professional.
  
  A great company, they take pride in their work - the best in the business.
