  Terrible customer service. I have came here twice and have had to wait a long time whilst there had been no other customers in the shop.
  They refused to make me a sandwich the last time I was there and would only offer me a bread roll even though there were multiple bread loafs in the shop.

  They made a sandwich for me that says on the menu it is a "ready made sandwich". Once I tried to pay for it, my card would not work with the Eftpos machine. I was abused by both ladies behind the counter demanding I go "fix my card", "go get cash out", "you can't leave this store unless you pay" while being laughed at, eyes rolled and muttered about between the two, because I could not pay for the sandwich they claimed they would be unable to re-sell even though it was a menu item. I was unable to "fix my card" since I had 5 minutes to get the train as I tried telling one of the workers serval times but she simply had no care for what I had to say and continued to abuse me.
  I was completely and utterly embarrassed by the two workers in front of a full shop of customers. I was so embarrassed that even the offer from a kind, generous man to pay for this sandwich left me in tears and unable to even thank the him for the offer.
  I just hope no other customer has to face half of the abuse from the two nasty ladies as I did. If they were any nicer about the situation I would have considered leaving my number and coming back to pay for the sandwich, but since all they would care about was getting $5.60 from this menu item and to make a joke out of me in front of all their paying customers, I was blinded by rage and embarrassment to even put my friendly foot forward and suggest that.

  I visit this bakery weekly - early in the morning. But to my surprise when I got home it tasted disgusting. Selling left over food from the day before, when people expect fresh food is not acceptable. Not friggin happy!

  The rudest staff ever. The 2 ladies there should be reeducated in customer service and courtesy. Once there was a gentleman serving, he may have been the owner of the place, he was fine. Pity about the 2 girls. They've been there for so long and haven't learnt a thing.
